"Not really worth the price"
I expected a lot better for what I paid. Compared to similar products I’ve bought, the quality just doesn’t really measure up, and it feels overpriced for what you’re getting

"It fits really nice, but it..."
It fits really nice, but it was a little snug on me. I ended up having to size up once and then it felt much better.

"Customer service took too long"
I was hoping to get a quick answer, but the whole process felt like way too many steps just to get help. Customer service was slow, and by the time I got a response, I still didn’t feel like I got much useful support.

"Exchange worked out, just took longer than I expected"
I ended up needing to exchange my order for a different size, which happens, so I wasn’t trying to make a big deal out of it. The return itself went through fine in the end, but the replies were a little slow and took a few days each time. I did follow up once because I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t getting missed. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I feel like the process could be a bit smoother.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from Rose Shadow Collection and the whole delivery process was smoother than I thought it would be. The tracking email came through quickly, and it actually kept updating, which made me feel a lot more at ease while waiting.

The package showed up a couple days earlier than expected, and everything inside was packed well with no damage or anything off. It was just a simple, stress-free order, and that definitely left me feeling good about ordering from them again.

"Styles feel outdated"
The styles just weren’t really doing it for me. A lot of the pieces felt kinda old-looking and not super pulled together. I was expecting something a bit more current, but most of it looked cheap and not that easy to actually wear

"Looks nice, but the quality isn’t great"
It looked really nice when it arrived, but the fabric felt thin and kind of cheap. After just one wear, I noticed the seams were already starting to loosen, which was disappointing. Also, the constant reminders to leave a review were a bit much, felt aggressive
